Documentaries to Watch: Blackfish

Okay if you haven't heard or seen this documentary, YOU MUST WATCH IT. (and no it is not a spin off the show "Catfish" on MTV). The documentary reveals the experiences of SeaWorlds Orcas, their trainers, and the fatal accidents between the two. The documentary follows the life of one show whale in particular, Tilikum. He notoriously has become known for aggressive behaviour and hurting/killing the trainers...but is it really his fault? The poor thing is an 8, 000 pound orca living in a swimming pool. These are dynamic creatures with more emotional capacity then humans. I cried, a little...maybe a lot watching this because it broke my heart..Watch and you will understand!

CHANGE NEEDS TO HAPPEN. Orca's are suffering because of our desire to watch them to do tricks in a swimming pool. People are being hurt in the process. FREE TILLY, FREE WILLY.
